thence North 00023'34" East 201.76 feet to the Point of
Beginning.
It is understood by the undersigned that, by acceptance of this
dedication, the City of Fort Collins will not accept the duty of
maintenance of such easement.

Re: Maintenance of Easement Dedicated to City
Dear Mr. Peterson:
On May 5, 1988, Clarendon Hills Associates, a Colorado lim-
ited partnership, dedicated an easement on lots 13 and 14, Claren-
don Hills First Filing, in the City of Fort Collins, County of
Larimer, State of Colorado, to the City for utility and drainage
purposes. This easement dedication was recorded on May 10, 1988,
at Reception No. 88021134, a copy of which Easement Dedication is
enclosed herewith.
The purpose of this letter is to make assurances to the City
that the Clarendon Hills Homeowner's Association will and hereby
does assume all responsibility for the perpetual maintenance of
said easement for the purpose of ensuring that it continues to
function in a proper manner for drainage purposes according to
the drainage plans and specifications for Clarendon Hills.
