Owens, Conrnd Brinkman, Minnie Mueller, and John Boxberger, Jr. have hnreto- fore filed and presented their petition and application to t&i City Council as the owners of more than two-thirds of the entire area embraced in what is known as Sitzman's Addition to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, wherein and wnrooy said petitioners and applicants petition the City of ;.Fort Collins for the annexation of all the territory embraced in what is known as Sitzman's Addition, comprising; the lots :;nd blocks as shown in the plat thereof annexed to said petition, which said ,plat has been duly signed and acknowledged by cho petitioners, granting, conveying and dedicating the shore, and alleys in said proposed Addition to the City of IbPt Col- lins for the use of the public and to 'oe known as Ktzmra'n's Addition to the City of Fort Collins and to Je included vikhK the limits and jurisdiction thereof, which said map or annexed to said petition shows that the proposed streets alleys therein are in conformity as to courses and an_cs with streets and alleys in adjoining portions of said City of Fort Collins, and as shown by said petition, all assessed against said territory so embraced in said propo::e,l Addition have been paid, and in the said application ;nd petition the applicants, for themselves and their grantee , covenant and agree to and with the City of Fort Collin:, tL1 upon the acceptance of said application it is expressly agreed and understood that the applicants and t'Tieir _;nm expressly covenant and agree that they will je 'bound ay and will observe and obey the ordinances in force and effect it the time of the acceptance of :;aid annexation of i'�dditioii respecting the installation and payment for local public improvements.
