Dear Susan,
RE: GARTH COMMERCIAL PLAZA, LOTS 3 & 4
have had George Holter get the title work on the easements on Lot 3 & 4, Garth Commercial
Plaza.
I found that the only recorded easements are the 10-foot utility easement along the West, the 8-
foot utility easement on the East (both were recorded with the original plat), and then the 24-foot
access drive on the North, which is recorded at reception Number 97008176. It is dedicated to
the City for public use. I am including a copy herein.
Also included are the new easements we propose for this development for your review. Kim
Straw at Cityscape is telling me that the City and PFA are requiring separate easement for
"Emergency Access" now. If this is true, we are now having easement over easement which is
dumb. If the easement is access it's also Emergency Access. Anyway, please review and let me
know.
