EASEMENT DEDICATION
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the undersigned being the owners of Lot 4,
Replat of North Lemay Subdivision, Second Filing, City of Fort Collins, County ofLarkier, State
of Colorado, do hereby dedicate and convey to and for public use forever a drainage easement as
described below, provided, however that acceptance by the City of Fort Collins of this dedication
of easement does not impose upon the City a duty to maintain the easement so dedicated.
A drainage easement situate in Lot 4, Replat of North Lemay Subdivision, Second Filing
which begins at the Southeast caller of said Lot 4 and nm thence S 891 57' 00" W 274,00 feet
along the South line of said Lot 4; thence N 00' 03' 00 W i6.00 feet; thence N 89' 57' 00" E
52.00 feet; thence N 68' 46' 00"E56.76 feet: thence N 89' 57' 00" E 94.00 feet; thence N 00' 03'
00" W 82.00 feet; thence N 29' 30' 00" F 57.00 feet; thence N 89' 57' 00" E 43.00 feet to a
point on the East line of said Lot 4; thence along said East line, S 000 00' 00" E 67.00 feet and
again along the are of a 1247.49 foot radius carve to the left, a distance of 101.21 feet, the long
chord of which bears S 02' 19' 27" E 101, IS feet to the point of beginning.
