City of Ft. Collins, Colorado as bearing N 322358" W as shown on the
recorded plot thereof.
A Sewer Line Easement on over and across that portion of Pinecone Apartments
P.U.D., City of Ft. Collins, Colorado, said easement being 20.00 feet wide measured
70.00 feet each side, at right cngles and parallel with the following described
centerline, the sidelines of said easement shall be prolonged and foreshortened
so as to terminate with the southwesterly line of said Lot 35 and with the
norther/v line of said Pinecone Apartments P.U.D.
Commencing at the most Southwesterly Corner of said Lot 35; thence along
