QUIT CLAIM DEED
Bartran & Company, Inc. (the "Grantor") whose street address
is 2707 Antelope, Fort Collins, CO 80525, for the consideration of
Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable considerations in hand
paid, hereby sells and quit claims to The City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, a Colorado municipal corporation (the "Grantee") whose
street address is 300 Laporte Avenue, Fort Collins, CO 80521, the
following real property in the County of Larimer, State of
Colorado, to wit:
Tracts A and B, The English Ranch, First Filing, a
subdivision of the City of Fort Collins, County of
Larimer, State of Colorado, accordin to the recorded plat
thereof,
with all its appurtenances.
The within conveyed property is detention ponds and shall be
h8ld and maintained by the grantee as such.
