However, by acceptance of this dedication, the City of Fort Collins does agree that it will use its best efforts to minimize the impact of use of this easement to the business of the undersigned, future successors, assigns, and tranferees, and will restore any surface damage from use of the easement, including, but Alimited to, damage to black top, curbing and gutter, and landscaping.
