EASEMENT DEDICATION
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the undersigned being the owner of the
following described property in Larimer County does hereby dedicate, transfer
and convey to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, a Municipal Corporation,
for public use forever a permanent easement for drainage in the County of
Larimer, State of Colorado.
It is understood by the undersigned that, by acceptance of this dedication,
the City of Fort Collins will not accept the duty of maintenance of such
easement.
A ten —foot wide storm drainage easement situate in the Northeast
of the Northeast '-, of Section 9, Township 7 North, Range 69
West of the 6th P.M., Larimer County, Colorado, the centerline
of said easement begins at a point which bears N 89' 14' W 771.95
feet and again S 00' 39' W 656.04 feet from the Northeast corner
of said Section 9 and run thence S 89' 14' E 115.00 feet to the
end of said easement.
Said easement being for the benefit of Poudre Plains Subdivision. By acceptance
and recordation of this easement, the owner and/or the Poudre Plains Homeowners
Association hereby accepts all construction, maintenance and care of said
easement.
