It is understood by the undersigned that, by acceptance of this dedication, the City of Fort Collins will not accept the duty of maintenance of such easement. A ten —foot wide storm drainage easement situate in the Northeast of the Northeast '-, of Section 9, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M., Larimer County, Colorado, the centerline of said easement begins at a point which bears N 89' 14' W 771.95 feet and again S 00' 39' W 656.04 feet from the Northeast corner of said Section 9 and run thence S 89' 14' E 115.00 feet to the end of said easement. Said easement being for the benefit of Poudre Plains Subdivision. By acceptance and recordation of this easement, the owner and/or the Poudre Plains Homeowners Association hereby accepts all construction, maintenance and care of said easement.
