EASEMENT DEDICATION
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the undersigned
being the owners of the following described land, to wit:
Lots 133 and 134 in The English Ranch Second Filing, City of Fort
Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado,
do hereby dedicate, transfer and convey to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado,
for use forever a permanent ten (10.00) foot wide easement for drainage in
the City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado, more
particularly described as follows:
A ten (10.00) foot wide drainage easement located on Lots 133 and
134 of The English Ranch Second Filing, City of Fort Collins, County
of Larimer, State of Colorado, which is five (5.00) feet on each
side of the centerline which begins at a point S 26' 32' 20" W
1.53 feet from the Northwest corner of said Lot 133, and runs thence
S 640 49' 52" E 109.64 feet to Rochdale Drive.
It is understood by the undersigned that, by acceptance of this dedication,
the City of Fort Collins will not accept the duty of maintenance of such
easement.
