the overall slope of a road or street that is, or hereafter will be, built on or near

above; this Easement Dedication shall apply to so much of said parcel as is owned by
the undersigned, and the undersigned do not represent or warrant that they are the
owners of the entire such parcel.
The undersigned shall not take any action that would interfere with, or otherwise
adversely impact, the use of said parcel for the purposes stated above.
This dedication shall be binding upon the undersigned, our heirs, grantees, legal
representatives, and assigns.

more or less, located in the Southwest Quarter of

P.M. in Larimer County, Colorado, that is more
particularly described on Exhibit A, attached hereto and
incorporated herein,
do hereby dedicate, transfer, and convey to the City of Fort

maintenance, repair, replacement, inspection, and enlargement of

EASEMENT DEDICATION
Slope Easement
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that the undersigned, Thomas
G. Noonan and Martha H. Noonan, being the owners of the following
described land, to -wit:
That certain parcel consisting of 5,100 square feet,
more or less, located in the Northwest Quarter of
Section 19, Township 6 North, Range 68 West of the 6th
P.M. in Larimer County, Colorado, that is more
particularly described on Exhibit A (consisting of two
pages, including a Map), attached hereto and incor-
porated herein,
do hereby dedicate, transfer, and convey to the City of Fort
Collins, Colorado, for public use forever, a permanent easement
for the purposes of flattening and contouring the overall slope of
a road or street that is, or hereafter will be, built on or near
said parcel.
The parcel constituting such slope easement is the identical
parcel described on Exhibit A hereof.
The undersigned shall not take any action that would
interfere with, or otherwise adversely impact, the use of said
parcel for the purposes stated above.
This dedication shall be binding upon the undersigned, our
heirs, grantees, legal representatives, and assigns.
