EASEMENT DEDICATION
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the undersigned, being
the owner and lienholders of Lots 8, 9, 10 and 11, Lory Ann
Estates, City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of
Colorado, do hereby dedicate and convey to and for public use,
forever, the following described utility easements; provided,
however, that acceptance by the City of Fort Collins of this
dedication of easements does not impose upon the City a duty to
maintain the easements as dedicated:
1. The existing access easement in Lots 8 and 9, Lory Ann
Estates, City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of
Colorado, being also dedicated as a utility easement.
2. The westerly 9.00 feet of Lot 10, Lory Ann Estates,
City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado.
3. The easterly 16.00 feet of Lot 11, Lory Ann Estates,
City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado.

DEDICATION
Considering the west line of the SW', of Section 16, Township 7 North,
Range 69 West of the Sixth P.M., Fort Collins, Colorado as bearing
S 00000'00" E, and with all bearings contained herein relative
thereto. Commencing at the W'a corner of said Section 16, said
corner being the N.W. corner of Lory Ann Estates, a subdivision on
file with the Larimer County Clerk and Recorder; thence S 00000-00" E,
470.48 feet along the West line of the SIN of said Section 16, said
line also being the westerly boundary of said Lory Ann Estates;
thence S 79052'00" E, 135.65 feet along the southerly boundary of
said Lory Ann Estates to the centerline and beginning point of a
10 foot wide utility and access easement; thence, along the
center line of said easement, N 37026'50" E, 141.54 feet to the
terminus point of said easement.
