ACCEPTING AND APPROVING THE PLAT OF WHAT IS KNOWN AS THE
S91"'O D RA9T PROSPECT ANNEXATION TO THIS CITY OF FORT COLLXU,
COLORADO, AND AUT10RI7,ING THE ANNEXATION OF ALL THE
1:`tRIT.0"Y EMBRACED IN SAID PLAT TO THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS AND TO BE INCLUDED WITHIN THE LIMITS AND JURIS-
DICTION THEREOF, PURSUANT TO THE AUTHORITY CONTAINED IN
Atncu 11. CHAPTE;I 13_9 COLORADO REVISED STATUTES, 1953.
WHEREAS, heretofore a written petition was presented to the Council
Of tGe City of Fort Collins in substantial compliance with the provisions of
Article 11, Chapter 139, Colorado Revised Statutes, 1953, by the **Is owners of

to 01e City of Fort Collins, wherein and whereby said petitioners petitioned

Colorado, comprising the lands shown in the plat thereof attached to *aid
Petition and more particularly described as hereinafter set forth, and
t4HEREAS, said petition was accepted by the Council of the City of
Fort Collins, by resolution passed and adopted on December 14, 1961, and
WHEREAS, notice for hearing on the 25th day of January, A. D.
1162, an an ordinance approving the annexation of said territory and
including the same within the limits and jurisdiction of the City of Fort
t;ollins, was duly published as provided by law, and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins, has found that the
petition and the document* thereto attached most the requirements of Article 11,
,,tiraptsr 139, Colorado tevised Statutes, 1953, and
VNEREAS, no proceedings for as election to determine the question
(if annexation have been initiated by written counter -petition as provided by
lave and no objection to annexation having been made,
BE IT OADAINID BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINSt
Section 1. That after due consideration of the petition for
annexation, the petition for the annexation of all the territory in what is
.cneum .and described as Second East Prospect Annexation to the City of Fort
Colorado, as *town by the plat thereof annexed to said petition
lit-3 which is more particularly described as follows, to -wit%
Begin at the Northwest corner of Lot I of the cast
Acres Subdivision, being a part of the NSk of the tic}
of Section 24, Townalaip T North, Range 69 Nest of the
601 P. Y., thence South 223.0 feet, thence Seat 135
feet. Lherice Borth 223.0 feet, thence Nest 135.0 feet
to the point Of beginning;
Do accop:ed, and approved and that said territory be amazed and made a part Of
t;ae City of Fort Collins and be included within the limits and jurisdistion of
r:Ity of Po,:t Collins as a part of "B" Residence District, and that the
':lair Clerk be and he is hereby authorized and directed to prepare certified
of this ordnance, to each of which shall be attached a plat of said
=_cud East Prospect Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado,

the County of Larimer, and another copy thereof in the office of the Clark

Section 2. That in accepting and approving the plat of the Second
