EASEMENT DEDICATION
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the undersigned being the owners of a
part of the Southeast 4' of Section 28, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the
Sixth P.M., City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado do hereby
dedicate and convey to the City of Fort Collins for public use forever hereafter
an 8.00 foot wide utility and drainage easement described as follows:
Begin at a point on the North right-of-way line of Bronson Street
which bears North 755.22 feet, and again West 214.85 feet from the
Southeast corner of said Section 28 and run thence along said North
right-of-way line, West 10.15 feet, and again along the arc of a
2161.47 foot radius curve to the left a distance of 204.97 feet,
the long chord of which bears S 87' 17' 00" W 204.89 feet, and again
S 840 34' 00" W 58.49 feet; thence N 05' 26' 00" W 8.00 feet; thence
N 84° 34' 00" E 58.49 feet; thence along the arc of a 2169.47 foot
radius curve to the right a distance of 205.73 feet, the long chord
of which bears N 87' 17' 00" E 205.65 feet; thence East 10.15 feet;
thence South 8.00 feet to the point of beginning.
It is understood by the undersigned that, by acceptance of this dedication,
the City of Fort Collins will not accept the duty of maintenance of such
easement.

EASEMENT DEDICATION

follows:
Begin at a point on the West line of Tract "C", Silver Oaks P.U.D.
First Filing, which bears North 1233.73 feet, and again S 89' 09'
08" W 214.87 feet, and again South 40.00 feet from the Southeast
corner of said Section 28 and run thence N 890 05' 13" W 1064.47
feet along said centerline to the East right-of-way of Auntie Stone
Street and the end of said centerline.
It is understood by the undersigned that, by acceptance of this dedication,
the City of Fort Collins will not accept the duty of maintenance of such
easement.
