WHEREAS, heretofore a written petition Was presented to the Council

SE IT ORDAINED RY THE COUNCIL OF TO CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Section 1. That after due consideration of the potitioa far
annexation, the petition for the aemaxotion of all the territory in what is

Collins, Colorado, as shown by the plat thereof sasexad to said petition awl

First Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, and shall file a copy
rher*of in the office of the Clark and Recorder of the County of Lorimar, and
aoottwr copy thereof 1n the office of the Clark of the City of port Collins,
together with a certified copy of said petition, sad another copy of aid

Colorado.
Section 2. That in accepting and approviag the plat of the Crooswalt
