EASEMENT DEDICATION
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the undersigned being the owners of
a tract of land situate';ir the Northwest 'a of Section 33, Township 7 North,
Range 69 West of the 6th P.M., City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State
of Colorado, do hereby dedicate and convey to the City of Fort Collins for
public use forever hereafter a 25.00 foot wide drainage easement and a storm
water detention easement described as follows:
A tract of land situate in the Northwest a of Section 33, Township
7 North, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M., Fort Collins, Larimer
County, Colorado, which considering the North line of the said
Northwest a as bearing N 89' 04' 36" E and with all bearings
contained herein relative thereto is contained within the boundary
lines which begin at a point on the East line of the said Northwest
4 which bears S 00' 23' 36" W 764.66 feet from the North corner
of said Section 33 and run thence S 00' 23' 36" W 28.63 feet;
thence S 89' 17' 14" W 62.64 feet; thence N 29' 34' 41" E 31.59
feet; N 60' 25' 19" W 109.26 feet; thence along the arc of a 36.26
foot radius curve to the left, a distance of 19.51 feet, the long
chord of which bears N 75' 50' 26" W 19.28 feet; thence S 88'
44' 27" W 273.58 feet; thence N 10' 25' 00" W 86.85 feet; thence
N O10 12' 29" E 50.00 feet; thence N 88' 44' 27" E 80.00 feet;
thence S 01' 12' 29" W 52.00 feet; thence S 10' 25' 00" E 59.50
feet; thence N 88' 44' 27" E 198.02 feet; thence along the arc
of a 61.26 foot radius curve to the right, a distance of 32.97
feet, the long chord of which bears S 75' 50' 26" E 32.57 feet;
thence S 60' 25' 19" E 149.39 feet to the point of beginning,
containing 0.4853 acres more or less.
It is understood by the undersigned that, by acceptance of this dedication,
the City of Fort Collins does not have the duty to maintain the easement.
