KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that the undersigned
Cameron Thomas Herring and Elizabeth Herring being all of the
owners of the following described property in Larimer County,
Colorado, to wit:
See Attached Exhibit A
do hereby transfer and convey to the City of Fort Colins,
Colorado for public use forever a 54 foot right of way for
street and utility purposes which right of way is more
particularly described as follows:
See Attached Exhibit B
It is understood by the undersigned that, by acceptance
of this dedication, the City of Fort Collins will not accept
the duty of maintenance of such right of way.

Section 29; the South 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of Section 28; the South
1/2 of the SE 1/4 of Section 20, EXCEPT PARCEL conveyed in Book
