BEING AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE SOUTH
;IESA THIRD ANNEXATION TO ,HIE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
WHEREAS, heretofore, a written petition, together with four prints
of ;.n annexation map was filed with the City Clerk of the City of Fort
t'.KIns requesting the annexation of certain territory more particularly
d03 :ribed below to the City, and
IMAMS, the City Council has found and determined and does hereby
Kno and determine that said petition is in substantial compliance with
provisions of Colorado Revised Statutes, 1963, Section 137-21-6 as

NOW, '111ERF.POR11, BE IT ORDAINED BY TIE COUNCIL OF TIM CITY OF FORT
Section 1. 'that all of the territory more particularly described
is situate in the County of Larimer, State of Colorado, to -wit:
A tract of land situate in the SE'; of Section 26, T'oioiship 7 North,
Ranpc 09 Nest: of the 6th P.M., Cotuity of Larimer, State of Colorado,
which considering the 1!ast line of said SI'g as bearing S 00019,
lPc;t and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto is
contained within the boundary lines wliich begin at a point which
bears 00019' East 744.66 feet and again N 89 54' IV 43.40 feet
from the SF comier of said Section 26, said point of beginning
being the SE corner of South Mesa Subdivision, First Annexation
to the City of Port Collins and run thence S OOoOS' E 142.05 feet,
thence S IS025'30" W 157.56 feet, thence S 63041'30" IV 176.28
feet, thence S 58035' IV 41.02 feet, thence N 84042' IV 188.67 feet
to a point on the Westerly right-of-way line of South Mason Street,
thence N 00005' IV 309.21 feet along said Westerly right-of-way

of-way Line of Monroe Drive to the point of beginning, containing
3.2419 acres, more or less.
