I have done a preliminary check of the easement documents however, the legal descriptions will not be reviewed by our survey division until all fees have been paid. The following dedications are needed for this project: 3 foot ROW dedication (submitted), 9 foot Utility Easement behind the ROW (nothing submitted), on -site Drainage Easement for the detention pond (nothing submitted), and an off -site Drainage & Utility Easement (submitted). To cut down on fees, you may combine the on -site & off -site easement into one document if you wish since they are connected and can be described in one legal description. Please submit 3 or 4 revised easement documents for review with the appropriate review fees and County recording fees.
