OF CITY-TACILITY LOCATION

TO ALL PERSONS TAKE NOTICE:
The City of Fort Collins, Colorado, a municipal corporation, is the owner of that certain
real property located in Latimer County, Colorado, and described as Lot I -A, Service Center
Third Subdivision First Replat recorded at Reception Number 97079756, Latimer County
Records. The above -described property shall hereafter be referred to as the "City Property."
There also exists over, under, through or across the City Property certain drainage, utility
and emergency access alignments which are constructed for and intended to serve development
in the surrounding region. The aforesaid facility shall hereafter be referred to as the
"Improvements", the locations of which are more particularly described on Exhibit "A" attached.
The purpose of this NOTICE (in addition to giving general notice to the public of the
existence of the Improvements) principally to remind the City and its staff, agents, and
representatives that the Improvements exist upon the City Property and that the City, prior to
conveying its interest in the City Property to any person, should reserve from such conveyance,
an easement or right-of-way or other interest in land sufficient to preserve a right for the
continued existence, operation, maintenance, and if necessary, enlargement of the Improvements.

TO ALL PERSONS TAKE NOTICE:
The City of Fort Collins, Colorado, a municipal corporation, is the owner of that certain
real property located in Larimer County, Colorado, and described in Book 1960 at Page 508,
Larimer County Records. The above -described property shall hereafter be referred to as the
"City Property."
There also exists over, under, through or across the City Property certain drainage utility
aligmuents which are constructed for and intended to serve development in the surrounding
region. The aforesaid facility shall hereafter be referred to as the "Improvements", the locations
of which are more particularly described on Exhibit "A" attached.
The purpose of this NOTICE (in addition to giving general notice to the public of the
existence of the Improvements) principally to remind the City and its staff, agents, and
representatives that the Improvements exist upon the City Property and that the City, prior to
conveying its interest in the City Property to any person, should reserve from such conveyance,
an easement or right-of-way or other interest in land sufficient to preserve a right for the
continued existence, operation, maintenance, and if necessary, enlargement of the Improvements.
