1. THE SITE IS CURRENTLY ZONED RL - RESIDENTIAL LOW DENSITY.
2, PARCEL A IS INTENDED TO BE DEVELOPED FIRST.
3. THE ENGINEERING FOR THE OVERALL DRAINAGE OF THE SITE 15 PART THE FIRST FILING PDP
APPLICATION, WHICH IS UNDER REVIEW CONCURRENTLY WITH THE ODP APPLICATION, A DETENTION POND
WITH ADEQUATE WATER QUALITY FEATURES WILL BE DEVELOPED WITHIN PARCEL A.
4. UTILITY PLANS WILL BE PROVIDED WITH THE FIRST FILING PDR
