RE: ALFALFA'S MARKET
RESPONSE TO COMMENTS FROM ENGINEERING
— Need to provide a traffic study, may need to meet and discuss site
circulation after study is submitted.
It is Stewart and Associates belief that as of the date of this
correspondence this requirement has been met.
— Sidewalk along McClelland must be. constructed.
This has been included on the utility and grading plans.
— S. drive on McClelland is too close to Horsetooth and must be
eliminated.
Stewart has received an architectural plan that indicates a right,
right ingress and egress. We believe this has been accepted by
staff.

and resubmitted.
