A standard Engineering signature block should be provided in the lower left hand corner. I will provide a copy of the standard block. 3. 1 will provide the standard General Notes. Please add only those notes hilighted and also the "replacement" note also provided. 4. Should provide two City bench marks for reference. 5. Provide all owner and consultant information (i.e. owner, architect, civil & soils if applicable.) This asphalt patch will need to be removed and replaced with concrete. See the existing concrete alley driveway on the south side directly across the street for an example. Please hatch fill the existing asphalt patch and add a note as follows: Existing asphalt to be removed and replaced with 6 inches thick concrete connecting the driveway to the sidewalk in the ROW. This revision can be done and submitted on the final mylar. No additional review required.
