sewer from the Redstone POB to a predetermined point at Snow Mesa that resides
within the existing utility easement; the extension of the water main line service to a
predetermined termination point outside the Redstone PUB LLC property description;
and the eastern section of the new parking lot area that will extend beyond the property
boundaries.
Other improvements may affect the areas outside the building site; these will be
accomplished on a case by case basis, such as the relocation of the pump house
transformer, irrigation lines and controllers, and other sub -surface and unexposed items
that may be discovered during the site development.
All areas outside the excavation site will be reclaimed to the existing condition or to a
comparable and agreed upon state of acceptance by both parties.
