It has been brought to my attention that an addressing problem exists within the Lindenmeicr
Estates Subdivision (City of Fort Collins Reference = L-72 #2416).This problem was created
when a new address for the O'Halloran property (Larimer County Parcel No. 98364-00-036) at
1733 Lindenmeire Road (A.K.A. North Lemay Avenue) was not generated. The subject property
lost the access it had from I-indemneire Road and now obtains access from Linden Gate Court.
Since this problem was discovered early on in the construction and building phases of the project
1 will maintain the existing address scheme of incrementing by sixes and include the O'Halloran
properly. The address for Lots 7-9 will shift to include the O'Halloran property as 1032 Linden
Gate Court and increase to Lot 9 which will become 1050 Linden Gate Court.
Ilereafler: The address for William & Karin O'Halloran will be 1032 Linden Gate Court.
The address for Lot 7 Lindenmeicr Estates will be 1038 Linden Gate Court.

The address for Lot 9 Lindenrncier Estates will be 1050 Linden Gate Court.
