RE: Address Change Memorandum
DATE: September 21, 1999
At the request of the Fort Collins Housing Authority an address change has been requested for
Lot 9 of the San Cristo P.U.D., Second Filing ( FC ref# 5232; 2095). The building permit was
pulled using the 620 Eleventh Street address, yet the facing of the house is towards Lopez Court
with an accompanying address of 1143 Lopez Court.
Hereafter: 620 Eleventh Street will be changed to 1143 Lopez Court.
Please change your records to reflect this change.
