RE: Address Change Memorandum

Recently the Willox: Crossing P.U.D. was introduced into the City. During the addressing
process it was discovered that the last block on the west side of North College Avenue in this area
was mis-addressed. In 1982 the block was addressed as 1700 when it should have been 1600.
Since there were only two 1700 addresses and one could be vacated by the Willox Crossing
P.U.D. this was seen as an opportunity to resolve the discrepance in the block range. Therefore,
the remaining 1700 address needs to be changed: the effected property is the Schrader
Commercial P.U.D..
The Schrader Commercial P.U.D. is currently addressed as 1705 North College Avenue. By this
action the address will be changed to correspond with the address range on the east side of North
College Avenue and shall become 1657 North College Avenue.
Hereafter: 1705 North College Avenue, Lot 1, Schrader Commercial P.U.D. , will be 1657
North College Avenue
Please change your records to reflect this change.
