RE: Address Clarification Memorandum
DATE: January 27, 1999
It has been brought to my attention that the address for Lot I of Pheasant Ridge Estates (P-79
# 1716) has created some concussion in the community. This memo is being distributed so that
all ncccssary data bases can be changed to indicate the correct address. The address should be
1836 Ridgecrest Drive.
It has been reported to me that the common error is to list this address as Ridgecrest Road.
Itidgecrest Road is to the north of this site and is not dedicated in Pheasant Ridge Estates. It also
needs to be noted that Ridgecrest Drive is a very short stretch of road which connects Spalding
Lane to Blue Teal Drive. You may also note that 1836 is on the east side of Ridgecrest Drive and
is the only address being used on also
Drive which is in the city limits of Fort Collins.
Hereafter: Let your records indicate Lot I of Pheasant Ridge Estates as being 1836 Ridgecrest
Drive.
Please change your records to reflect this change.
