located in the Northeast Quarter of Section Five (5), Township Six North (T.6N.), Range Sixty-
eight West (R.68 W.) of the Sixth Principal Meridian (61h P.M.), County of Latimer, State of
Colorado, and being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast Corner of said Lot 2 and assuming the East line of said Lot 2 as
bearing North 00°00'00" West, a distance of 339.18 feet with all other bearings contained herein
relative thereto:
THENCE North 00°00'00" West along said East line, a distance of 77.53 feet;
THENCE North 90°00'00" West, a distance of 9.00 feet to the North line of an existing Drainage
Easement;
Thence along said Drainage Easement the following four courses and distances:

THENCE South 90°00'00" East, a distance of 233.29 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
