[9/13/05] We will need buy off from the utility companies that the 9' utility easement behind the irrigation easement is acceptable given that the utility easement is no longer joined by street right-of-way. We'd would want to see the corrugated metal pipes removed and replaced with twin elliptical pipes (RCP?) to achieve better cover and provide a pipe type that is to standard. The previous proposal was not to standard but we agreed internally to accept; the present proposal is problematic though. Number: 118 Created: 5/24/2006 [5/24/06] Further discussion internally regarding the dedication of Tract A to the City has demonstrated to be complicated from a City acceptance standpoint (it appears Real Estate Services would need to be involved and possibly an action by City Council to accept the land). Rather than calling it out as Tract A, please revise it to be a "Coy Ditch Irrigation Easement". As the certificate of dedication calls out all easements being dedicated and conveyed to the City, this will be an easement dedicated to the City.
