Dear Lyle:
The asphalt street pavement installed to date on Butch Cassidy Drive
in the above referenced development has been inspected and accepted
by the City for maintenance pending the normal contractor warranty period.
Please be aware this acceptance does not relieve the developer
or his contractors of their responsibility to repair any damage
which may occur through the construction of homes or future utilities.
