Redesign of sidewalk, entry landscape and grading along
Harmony approved as submitted.
Cameron's comments are for approval.
Sheri Wamhoff What is the extent of the sidewalk being added? Is it just
the sidewalk on the north side of the private drive and
along the W side of Snow Mesa Dr north of the private
drive?
Light and Power needs to review this request to make
sure that they don't have any problems and that their
facilitites are planned for.
What are the elevations of the walls? What do they look
like? No grading is shown around the walls. Need more
information on the walls design, elevations and what they
are going to look like. I need to determine if they are
something that will impact the easements and as such
something that needs to be routed to the utilities for
review.
