Page 1 of 1 05/26/2005 4:02:05 PM May 11, 2005 Minor Amendment to 620 West Horsetooth Road City of Fort Collins Dear City of Fort Collins: This letter is in regards to a minor amendment proposal involving property at 620 West Horsetooth Road, Southside Baptist Church. The purposed use of the site is that of a private Christian school serving 3 year olds through 61h grade during the week when church is not in session. Hours of operation would be 8:15 a.m. to 2:15 p.m. Monday through Friday, September through May. Total student population would be approximately twenty to thirty students for a total of fifteen to twenty-five families. Teachers on duty during school operating hours would be four. In addition to the normal school year a small educational summer program would operate 8 00 a.m. to 5:30 P.M. Monday through Friday, June through August. The summer student population would be approximately eight students with one teacher on duty. The physical structure or landscape, of this site would not alter due to the school occupying this site:. Our school has a rather different approach to a business plan. Each teacher is self- employed and is their own limited liability company. Although our school consists of four separate limited liability companies we work as one school. The school hours, schedules, tuition rates, and contract agreement are consistent from teacher to teacher and company to company.
