Need to make sure that text is readable and not placed over lines or lines placed over text. What are the elevations of the walls? What do they look like? No grading is shown around the walls. Need more information on the walls design, elevations and what they are going to look like. I need to determine if they are something that will impact the easements and as such something that needs to be routed to the utilities for review. From the plans provided I can not tell if the proposed pump station is within the drainage easement or out of it. Please provide a drawing that shows where the pump station is in relation to the easements. If it is in an easement area, the area under the station will need to be vacated in order for it to be built. If it is, please submit a drawing showing the area proposed to be vacated with dimensions and ties to property lines so it can be located by the reviewing utilities. If all the utilities are okay with the easement vacation I will need a legal description of the area prepared by a licensed surveyor. See utility plans for comments on scanning and bubble placement. Is the existing pipe that connects the two previous ponds going to be abandoned and left in place ? if yes, it needs to be capped.
