1. Complete Overlay of Vermont maybe required. Substantial penalties will be assessed for
street cut permit. This street was reconstructed in August 2000. Contact Rick Richter at (970;
221-6605. Show on utility plan sheets with notes, whatever repair method is required by City
pavement management engineer.
2. Drive approach is to be City standard drive approach. If radii type approach is needed then
submit a variance request to City Engineering stating why other then standard approach is
better.
3. Please verify all existing easements can be vacated with this replat
4. Provide signing and stripping plan. TIS recommends left turn lane and through/right be
stripped on Vermont.
