KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the undersigned, being the owners and proprietors
of the following described land to -wit; a tract of land situate in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 32,
Township 8 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M., City of Fort Collins, County ofLarimer, State
of Colorado which considering the West line of the said Southwest 1/4 as hearing NOI'] 5'28"W and
with all bearings contained herein relative thereto, begins at a point which bears N89°44'05"E 600.16
feet and again NOI']5'28"W 632.84 feet and again N89°50'IO"E 249.92 feet and again N00°09'50"W
10.50 feet from the Southwest corner of said Section 32 and runs thence along the are of a 40.00 foot
radius curve to the left a distance of 220.58 feet, the long chord of which bears S00°09'50"E 30.00
feet to the point of beginning, does hereby dedicate and convey to the City of Fort Collins, for public
use, a temporary access easement for a turn around as described above, provided however, that
acceptance by the City of this dedication of easement does not impose upon the City a duty to
maintain the easement so dedicated. The temporary easement will terminate at the time Chesapeake
Drive is extended.

TEMPORARY SLOPE EASEMENT DEDICATION
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the undersigned being the owner of the
following described tract of land does hereby grant to R.E.L.M. of Fort Collins, LLC, Developer,
it slope easement for grading purposes from the proposed Storybook P.D_P. 2nd Filing final
grades back to existing grade within the easement limit.
TI IIS TEMPORARY SLOPE EASEMENT SHALL BE IN EFFECT THROUGH DECEMBER
31, 2007 AT WHICH TIME THEREAFTER WILL BE VOID.
SLOPE EASEMENT: A slope easement situate in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 32, Township 8
North, Range 68 West of the Sixth P.M., City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of
Colorado which considering the South line of the said Southwest 1/4 as bearing N89°44'05"E
and with all hearings contained herein relative thereto is contained within the boundary lines
which be at a point on the North right-of-way line of Mountain Vista Drive which bears
N89°44'05"E 1285.26 feet and again N00°15'55"W 30.00 feet from the Southwest corner of said
Section 32 and rum thence N00°15'55"W 1012.03 feet; thence S89°50'10"W 674.17 feet to the
Fast right-of-way line of Little John Lane; thence parallel with the said East right-of-way line
N01' 15'28"W 100.00 feet; thence N89°50'10"E 746.90 feet, thence S00°15'55"F. 1111.98 feet,
thence S89°44'05"W 80.00 feet to the point of beginning.
