We had over $14,000 for Phase 1. Bob looked at site and reduced it to $5,000 for Phase 3 & 4. They
gave us the check and as far as I know there are no erosion problems on this site.

Sheri Wamhoff told me that the Timbers 3rd and 4th phases have requested a DCP meeting. She found
out that the 3rd phase is already built and they didn't pay their inspection fees and probably didn't give you
the escrow for erosion control. She is asking them for the receipt. So you might want to look into this and
let Sheri know the status.
