If dedicated need to note reception number as did with row on College Ave and not include it in the plated boundary. The Right -Of - Way (ROW) dedication documentation had not yet been filed, but they are planning on processing it next week. This development request (subdivision plat) is ready to be scheduled for an administrative public hearing in front of a hearing officer. There is a required notification letter that must go out to all Affected Property Owners within a minimum of 500' of the property (in all 4 directions) and the letter must be in the mail at least 2 weeks prior to the date of the public hearing; therefore, the earliest that the hearing could be scheduled for is the week of January 17, 2005. We (the Current Planning Department) do have the mailing labels needed to mail the notification letter.
