'A second access drive onto Swallow would be allowed and could either be an emergency access only or another driveway. 19F3 • If the second driveway is decided to be for emergency access only, please dedicate it as such on the plat • The Stormwater Utility noted the existence of the 10 foot strip of land, apparently still owned by the City, between this property and the detention pond and indicated that the City is willing to deed the area over. They also had concerns that the plat appeared to already include this 10 foot strip in its boundary. Please contact the Stormwater Utility and Ron Mills of the City R.o.w. Division to discuss what is to be done with the 10 foot strip of land. • Since the sidewalk along Swallow Road lies outside of the r.o.w., please dedicate the area covered by the walk as a pedestrian and sidewalk easement.
