RE: Silverplume 3rd Filing - Warranty Work
Dear Larry:
This letter is a follow up to our conversation last week concerning the infra red
repairs on three street patches made over water line repairs covered by warranty.
As we discussed, you or the utility contractor will be required to make these
repairs on the three locations mentioned above in Silverplume Drive to satisfy
the utility warranty requirements for the Silverplume Subdivision 3rd Filing.
It has come to my attention that an area inlet at the north east corner of
Swallow and Dunbar on Dunbar has problems with spalling and breakage in the
gutter section. This will have to be repaired and falls under the warranty for
street construction.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
Sincerely
Steve M. Biegler
