Re: Silver Oak Paired Housing PUD
This is a follow up to my letter of December 31, 1996.
As we discussed, we have met with:
Roger Buffington Water/ Waste Water
Jim Slagle Public Service
Monica Moore Light & Power
I believe we have addressed their concerns and they are now prepared to support the
replat application.
As you know, we are withdrawing that part of the application that asked for a change in
the orientation of lots #3 and #4 so we are back to the original plat. Ken Scavo will be
delivering copies of this 'new' plat to you just as soon as he can get it produced.
Hopefully this will enable you to get this project back on the consent agenda for the
January 27, 1997 Planning and Zoning meeting.

Re: Silver Oaks Paired Housing PUD
Thank you for meeting with me yesterday to review the approval process for the replat
of this project.
As agreed, in order to simplify the approval of the extra lot lines, we will withdraw the
portion of the application that deals with changing the direction of the two lots (#3 and
#4).
As discussed, I will meet directly with Jim Slagle, Roger Buffington and Monica Moore
during the next week and will attempt to resolve any concerns that they have.
You indicated that you would discuss the project with the others involved.
It is our objective to get any concerns resolved prior to January 13' and get this
project back on the Consent Agenda for January 27, 1997.
