The main school addition is still under construction, It is my understanding that the school is requesting a C.O. for the east building only. The entry elevations and slopes away from the building were shot and information was forwarded to Jay Barber at Stormwater Utility. The other item of interest was the 0-inch DIWM fire protection water line that was installed off of the 12-inch main in Laporte Avenue. The tap was made approximately 10 feet further east than shown on the drawings. Valves are on the appropriate lines, the fire hydrant is in its designed location, and the fire department connection vault is in place. A second check valve was installed on the riser pipe for further frost protection. Enclosed Is a schematic of the area and as -built locations of the water line area. This letter and information only identifies above ground facilities and their locations. i hope this provides the information you require at this time. The plans submitted were reviewed by numerous City departments and other agencies. The comments are offered by Staff to assist you in preparing final plans for building permit issuance and utility plan approval. Please return all redlined plans and 4 site plans, 4 landscape plans, and 3 sets of utility plans for review.
