PLANTING NOTES
1. New turf is to be Reveille low water turf or Bluegrass sod per
EXIS77NGTRF.FS specifications. Final sod grade shall be 1 1/2" lower than
adjacent paving grade or edger except in the center of a swale
where drainage would be impeded.
NEW DECIDUOUS SHADE 2. Install 4" deep wood chips from tree and brush trimmings
ORORNAMF.NTALTREES around all single new or existing trees in new sod areas. Mulch ring
4' diameter. Sample of wood chips to be approved by Landscape
Architect prior to installation.
6. Sol preparation shall consist of composted amendment per
specifications.
7. The following are minimum distances that plant materials can be

Shrubs — 4 feet to all water on sewer lines.
