Problems or Concerns (see below or attached)
1. All owners of interest must sign the plat as Section 2.2.3,C.3 a thru i per Land Use Code
2. Revise Plat language to reflect new language (see attached)
3. I believe emergency/access easements will need to be included with this plat
4. Drainage easements that carry off -site flows from public or private property need to be
in public drainage/utility easements ( suggest laying out building envelopes and dedicating
remainder as blanket easements )
5. May need to dedicate additional Right -of -Way adjacent to County Road 9 and Harmony
Road. Possibly 15 feet on Cty. Rd. 9 and 17 feet on harmony Rd. See attached plan.
