Need to identify easements on plat - easements behind walks are not mandatory, Private streets to be dedicated as public access and utility easements 2. There are to many 90 degree comers. Remove street connection at northwest corner of clubhouse. It can become parking lot with access points off private street. Suggest looking at U type street system. 3. Widen corners to provide elbow effect. Minimum 36 feet street width from inside flowline to outside flowline. 4. Private street curb to be vertical inflow type. 5. Main places where parking set backs do not meet City requirements. Need to adjust 6.
