(J THE INTENT OF THIS LANDSCAPE PLAN IS TO PROVIDE AN AESTHETIC
LANDSCAPE WITH PLANT MATERIALS THAT ARE ADAPTIVE TO ARID

PLACED TO PROVIDE SHADE, SEASONAL INTEREST, AND SCREENING OF
M PARKING: 4 CIRCULATION AREAS, SERVICE AREAS, AND TRASH DUMPSTERS.
r-4 THE LANDSCAPE PLAN HAS INCORPORATED DROUGHT TOLERANT NATIVE AND
NON-NATIVE PLANT MATERIALS THAT REQUIRE LOW MAINTENANCE AND
LIMITED AMOUNTS OF WATER AFTER ESTABLISHMENT.
LANDSCAPING - ASSURANCES
ALL LANDSCAPING SHALL EITHER BE INSTALLED OR THE INSTALLATION
SHALL BE SECURED WITH A LETTER OF CREDIT, ESCROW OR PERFORMANCE
BOND FOR ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE (125) PERCENT OF THE VALUE OF THE
MATERIALS AND INSTALLATION FOR THE LANDSCAPING PRIOR TO THE
ISSUANCE OF A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY FOR ANY BUILDING_
