O Include the elevations of the PC's in the plan view. O Indicate if the stationing is centerline or flowline. O Keep the same percent grades and elevations on both sides of the street and transition the last 50 feet to match the grades of the intersecting street. O Provide typical cross sections of the streets on the individual sheets. O Show all curb return profiles. O Please provide grade and ground lines for 500 feet on all dead-end streets or streets that are connecting to an existing street. O Please eliminate the vertical lines showing PC's, grade breaks, etc. and just point to the particular location. Include the station and elevation of the feature being described. This would eliminate a lot of the "clutter" in the profiles. Sheet 32 of 62: Overland Trail Plan and Profile O For arterial streets, the interim and ultimate design needs to be included in the utility plans. The design shall be for 1000 feet beyond the construction limits in both directions. O An overlay of the area shown on the utility plans will need to be done. Sheet 33 of 62: Overland Trail Signing and Striping Plan O The taper being provided on the utility plans needs have a 30:1 ratio. This means that the taper needs to be 360 feet long for a posted speed limit of 40 mph. Sheets 34 thru 35 of 62: Overland Trail Cross Sections O Please show interim and ultimate improvements.
