Dear Libby: Per our telephone conversation of Friday February 11, 1994 the following is a cost estimate for the installation of sidewalk adjacent to 2120 Vermont,dba Schrader Country Store. Once these funds have been escrowed with the city, Engineering will approve the release of the certificate of occupancy for 2120 Vermont drive. 4 foot wide sidewalk - 250 lineal feet 4 x 250 = 1000 sq. ft. x $4.35 per sq. ft. = $4,350.00 Please make the check out to City of Fort Collins in the amount of $4,350.00. This sum when then be escrowed for completion of sidewalk improvements adjacent to 2120 Vermont Drive, Pinecone Apartments PLrD. The check may be sent to: City of Fort Collins Engineering 281 N. Note Timberline Partnership's total frontage length is 1200 feet. Pinecone Apartments frontage length is 454 feet or 37.83% of the Timberline Partnership Frontage. This means the cost allocated to Pinecone apartments is ($53,478)(.3784)=$20,236.07 The Overall Storm Drainage Plan. for Pinecone calls for a 24 inch RCP along the Timberline frontage. Since the participation on the storm drain is in doubt the total cost was figured for the estimate. The estimated cost assuming one manhole will be required is ($33/l.f.)(454)+$1200=$1.6,182. Landscaping costs were estimated by Cityscape at $4,500 for 3,500 s.f. of landscaping within the right of way. I trust this information addresses your concerns.
