To whom It May Concern:
It is standard policy for the City of Fort Collins to accept for
Perpetual maintenance those public right-of-way constructions which
have been approved by the City and which have passed all required
guarantee periods.
This includes the water mains, sanitary sewer mains, storm sewer
lines and facilities, street pavements, street lights and street
signs.
Based upon our limited inspection and to the best of our knowledge
the public improvements in the subdivision have been constructed in
accordance to City Standards.
