The amount of sidewalk along Lemay Avenue constructed to final design standards may be deducted from the estimate for Trilby and Lemay dated February 12, 1992, which was used to calculate the escrow amount. Using the information in your letter of February 15, 1993, I will reduce the total amount of escrow required for Lemay Avenue by $12,678.00. In accordance with Paragraph II Special Conditions D. (1) (a) of the Development Agreement for Paragon Point P.U.D., the amount of $49,393.00 ($62,071.00 - $12,678.00) will be required for the second half of escrow for Lemay Avenue improvements prior to construction in Tract "D" of the development. If I can be of further service on this matter, please feel free to contact me at 221-6605.
