Re: Olive Garden
Dear Mr. Hoffman:
The intent of this letter is to bring to your attention the need to complete the street repair
on Boardwalk Drive. As you are aware, this work was part of the required site
improvements for the Olive Garden Development. As of this date, the asphalt street
repair has not been done in spite of several requests made by our construction inspector
Todd Juergens.
Please be informed that we are now requesting the completion of this work by Friday,
August 20, 1993. If this work is not completed by the date specified, then I will contact
your bonding company and request action be taken against the bond dated January 27,
1993. Hopefully, the lack of attention to our previous requests are a result of scheduling
conflicts and such drastic action on our part will not be necessary.
Please call me at your earliest convenience to let me know when the street repair will be
